  • Recognizing trauma symptoms to avoid Re-Traumatization.

Counseling helps survivors process their trauma, rebuild their self-esteem, and develop coping strategies.

Crisis Counseling

  • Provides immediate emotional support.
  • Helps stabilize emotions and reduce distress.
  • Offers guidance on immediate safety and legal options.

 Trauma Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps change negative thought patterns.
